Important Information

• Bring a valid driver's license. We also recommend that you get a Missouri Boaters License which can be found here; Take Your Missouri Boater Safety Course Online | BoatEd (boat-ed.com)
• We will take an authorization hold on a credit card: $1000 per boat and $500 per waverunner.
• The hold will be released at the end of the rental as long as there is no damage.
• Please arrive 15-20 min early to sign paperwork and go through an orientation on the dock.
• Make sure you complete an online waiver form before arrival. It can be found at the bottom of the page.
• Oil and tax will be calculated at the time of the rental.
• Rentals come with a full tank of gas, and gas used will be paid for at the end of the rental.
• We cannot do Apple Pay or split payments, so please plan accordingly.

Confirmation Emails

We send a confirmation email after each completed booking. It is the customers responsibility to ensure that they have the correct boat, time and rental date. If there is an issue with the reservation, customers must email or call at least 48 hours in advance to change, if not we will not accommodate the rental. Thanks for understanding!

Cancellation Policy:

Reservations cancelled 24 hours or more in advance will receive their deposit back. 

Reservations cancelled day-of will be required to pay 25% of their reserved time and will not receive their deposit back.

No-Shows/No Calls will be automatically cancelled 1 hour after scheduled pick-up time and will be required to pay 25% of their reserved time.
